Code of Conduct
The Bose AR Workshop is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and harassment-free workshop experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or religion (or lack thereof). Bose does not tolerate harassment of workshop participants or staff at any time nor in any form.
All communication throughout the workshop should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any part of the workshop, including forums, demos or presentations.
Please be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for the workshop.
Attendees violating these guidelines may be asked to leave the workshop at Bose’s and/or organizer’s sole discretion.
If you have witnessed or experienced any transgressions of this Code of Conduct at the Bose AR Workshop, please get in contact with the Bose staff immediately.
The Bose staff will be happy to help attendees contact any local security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the workshop. We value your attendance.
